Since our products are available for pre-order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Each item is made to order, and once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details, and we will assess the issue.
