2.4.1. All pre-order sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of production.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Processing & Shipping

3.2 Shipping Carriers & Responsibilities

3.2.1. We use reputable carriers such as  USPS, FedEx, and UPS for shipping.
3.2.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.3 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

3.3.1. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
3.3.2. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
3.3.3. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for review.
